Problem-Solution: Low water pressure

| August 25, 2011 | 1 Comments

Problem: Low pressure in the showerhead. I woke up one morning only to notice that there is no pressure in my showerhead. I am sure that I am not the only one with such a morning surprise.

Solution: Remove showerhead and see if it’s plugged up with something through the water supply. Some showerheads ad fitted with a protector screen to catch any sediment particles or debris that may be the water. If you find that the screen is clogged, clean it out and re-install the showerhead.

Solution: If the above does not fix the problem, it may be time to replace the showerhead. They don’t last forever because they wear out with pressure from water. (Do you realize that the Grand Canyon has been carved out by flow of the Colorado River?)
