How to Enter: ReBath by Schicker’s (ReBath) “Las Vegas Trip Giveaway” (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time – PST) on November 7, 2011 and ends at 7:00 p.m. (PST) on May 28, 2012. To enter, schedule a FREE in-home bathroom remodel estimate, mention the Sweepstakes at time of scheduling, and meet with a ReBath design consultant. Entry form will be given to clients at time of in-home consultation.
Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths who are 21 years of age or older and at the time of entry. Employees and members of their households and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) of ReBath by Schicker and Schicker Shower Doors are NOT eligible to win.
Travel companion of potential Grand Prize Winner must be at least 21 years of age or older, unless accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian, and also must sign a Liability and Publicity Release. By entering, all participants and/or entrants release ReBath against all liability, claims and damages arising in connection with each entrant’s participation and/or entry in the Sweepstakes and/or their receipt, use or misuse of any prize awarded in this Sweepstakes or participation in any prize-related activity. This Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void outside the U.S. and where prohibited by law.
Prize Drawing: The Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period on or about May 29, 2012 by ReBath. Potential winner will be notified by phone, e-mail, and/or U.S. mail on or about May 30, 2012. The odds of winning the prize depends upon on the number of eligible entries received for the entire Sweepstakes period.
ReBath’s decisions with respect to the prize winner and other matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding. By entering into the Sweepstakes, each entrant consents to the use by ReBath of his/her name, likeness, biography, voice, and/or video in any and all media, including online announcements now or hereafter known, worldwide and without limitation and without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.
General Conditions: The prize winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (where permitted), and return same, properly executed, within two (2) business days of issuance of prize notification. If ReBath is unable to contact a prize winner within two (2) business days of the initial attempt to contact, if a potential prize winner and/or Grand Prize Winner’s travel companion fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date, or if a prize winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate prize winner shall be selected.
Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in ReBath’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if unauthorized intervention or fraud compromise, corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, ReBath reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, or to terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination date. Prize winner will have to show government issued ID to confirm their identity.
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win the following:
(i) Airfare for two (2) from either Oakland, CA or San Francisco, CA to Las Vegas (to be determined by ReBath by Schicker)
(ii) Two (2) night’s hotel accommodations for two (ONE double occupancy hotel room for two nights)
The Prize does not include meals, beverages, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip. All other expenses not specifically identified as included in the prize descriptions above are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel the same itinerary and on the dates and/or times agreed upon by ReBath and Winner or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. All prize elements will be awarded directly to the winner or their designee. No payments will be made to third parties. Taxes, gratuities and other expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. All federal, state and local taxes on each prize are the prize winner’s responsibility. The Grand Prize Winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the value of the prize. The specifics of all aforementioned elements of any prize in the Sweepstakes shall be solely determined by ReBath. The Grand Prize MAY be transferred, as long as transferee meets aforementioned qualifications. ReBath reserves the right to substitute any prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of comparable or greater value if a prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason.
Winner’s List: Beginning on or about June 4, 2012 you may obtain the name of the Grand Prize Winner, by consulting the ReBathbySchicker.com website. Results of the drawing will be removed from the ReBath Website on or about July 3, 2012.
